Pelaburan Hartanah Nasional Berhad ("PHNB") was established in 1988 and is principally involved in the management of the then, property trust fund (now referred to as Real Estate Investment Trust or "REIT"). PHNB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Permodalan Nasional Berhad.

Presently, PHNB is also the Manager of a private property trust. The combined total asset value of the REIT and private property trust under the management of PHNB stands at more than RM1.30 billion.
